Worst interview experience. I would like to give 0 or minus review but no option. I have cleared 3 rounds of interview related to Automotive domain. They told that they will release the offer but ended up saying the particular position has been closed. I sincerely request everyone to stop giving interviews for this company as this is completely waste of time. I need answer for this else this would be seriously taken further. Thanks. When I tell HR Rakshitha that I will leave a feedback, her answer is like yes to leave it. I think it has become common to them.

No job security, no hike, no projects. Hire and fire company. Internal Mobility Geetha team is useless, better to dissolve this team. Avoid joining.

Worst IT company. Whatever reviews showing in glassdoor Or other websites are paid. I have worked in this company for 1 year and seen the reality. Managers and HRs are not supportive. They don't have enough projects. They lost so many clients in 2023 because of their poor management. They will give you a notice period of 3 months once you are on bench. They have laid off so many skilled Java, BFSI domain resources. No appraisal in 2023. They always try to hire external resources rather than allocating new project to internal resources. Luxoft is a new hire and fire company. Please don't join this company. Sometimes they will pressurise you to join the different project which is not your domain. If you don't listen them they will fire you.

ALERT!!! Experience with Luxoft interview process!!! I had given an interview to Luxoft Banalore during the month of January for a Banking account. I had cleared 2 rounds within a week of application and I was really waiting for the offer to come. The whole process post that interview were dead slow where I had to follow up with e-mails, messages and whatsapp texts with the hiring person. After 3 weeks of follow up, received a call from a different recruiter stating that the account I applied for has been closed so there has to be two more rounds of interview for a different account. I was totally exhausted at that state to give another interview but in due course, I gave both the interviews and got a mail stating that I had cleared both these rounds at client level as well. Then comes the issues with process again where I had to follow up multiple times a day to get a response from them. After agian a month, they asked me to submit the documents inorder to release the offer letter which was never processed at their level. After really 2.5 months of continuous follow ups, they finally confirmed that the roles have been taken by other resources. This is such an exhuasting process from them and is so disappointing to see such good companies have very bad recruiting process. I would suggest people to refrain from applying to this company even when they approach you first. I am completely dissatisfied with the interview questions from banking domain. Banking domain questions which the interviewer asked was not part of my resume and I have answered the other questions from BA role and Scenario based questions. I am into Banking domain. However, I have worked on cheques, cards and payments and prime brokerage. The questions which interviewer asked was from risk domain and some out of scope questions from banking different streams. If my profile is getting rejected for these questions. Obviously, nobody will not join your company who has a good profile and experience.
