I have just posted a negative review after my experience at the Castle Hill store. This occured November 19th 2024 at approximately 9.30am. I've noticed that the head office does not reply to any review ( good or bad) that is posted on google. Surely they read them? If not they should, because their sales force at this store is costing them a small fortune due to very bad service.

just been advised that lowes cancelled my account after 28 years, no help with card being rejected 3 times due to their fault BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LOWES AGAIN. You would think lowes would be only to happy to help long term customers but no just use an overseas call centre, going broke i think, maybe shop elsewhere because of bad customer service.

Pretty poor customer service from Arncliffe head office when area manager for Springfield Orion shopping centre in Qld is just lazy or couldn't be bothered to return calls to sort an issue over 2 pairs of jeans, just like Sharon at the Springfield store doesn't return calls, must be policy, if the head office doesn't return calls must be passed down to in store staff, well they shouldn't be overly concerned with the negative feed back and loss of yet another long time customer, totally disgusting customer care

No service at this store. Staff pulled out uniform from a bag insisted it’s “brand new” for us to try on and we have to buy that piece. The store manager even said it is their Covid policy which is just garbage. It is not about the product is brand new or not, it’s just about their bossy attitude telling customers exactly what to take, and the made up “Covid policy”. What store in Australia force you to buy the piece of clothing you tried on??

Gavin from Bateau Bay store found a shopping bag I had left in a Lowes fitting room. The next day I returned to find that Gavin had found the bag and had passed my bag onto mall management. I recovered the bag which had about $60 worth of presents which I had purchased for various family members. I wish to thank Gavin for being so diligent and professional in his duties as a sales consultant within the store. This helped in recovering my shopping, which I thought was lost.
