We stayed at Loews while participating in the SOBE Food and Wine Festival. They could not have been more accommodating! The room was fantastic with a partial ocean view. The pool staff were amazing! All around, a perfect place to stay.

Great folks, from Sam the hotel director to all the team - Jennifer is amazing at the booking. Micaela as a great VIP host. Adrian the best with the bell team Always had a nice touch for the children (ice-cream coupon). Thanks all for a great stay. This is the second time, and not the last one.

Loews is top notch! Food is great, Staff is Great, Grounds are beautiful, Pool is Beautiful! Everything about this resort is high class !! Staff members can't do enough for you! It's 5 stars across the board for me ! Can't recommend it enough!

Amenities (restaurant, pool, beach access) are nice. Rooms are disgustingly - rug had clumps of hair on it, toilet brush was left in the toilet, dust and grime everywhere like nothing was wiped down. Made me question if they even changed the sheets between guests. Shower curtain was about a foot too long so the bottom of it laid in the shower which is so gross. Can’t believe the level of room cleaning for the prices. Hotel was sold out so I had to wait while someone used a lint roller on the rug and then another person came in with a vacuum at 10pm when I checked in.

A good large chain option with some personality in South Beach. The hiccups all have to do with it being a very large place, slightly impersonal. 5 star...
