A Beautiful Hotel, but Poor Service Regarding Luggage I stayed at this hotel recently, and I must say that the property is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was lovely, and everything about the hotel itself was top-notch. The facilities, the decor, and the overall environment really contributed to a pleasant stay. However, I had a significant issue with my luggage that impacted my overall experience. My airline lost my bag, and I requested that it be delivered directly to the hotel. I asked every morning and evening if my bag had arrived, and each time I was told it hadn’t. On Friday night, I asked again, and upon checking out, I was still informed that the bag had not arrived. I left for Key West without my luggage and immediately contacted the airline, which confirmed that the bag had been delivered to the hotel on Friday. When I called the hotel who told me that the bag had indeed arrived but that it was my responsibility to arrange for its pickup. This was quite frustrating, as I had been given no indication of this earlier. After a long and frustrating night, I was finally contacted the following morning by the very kind girl who managed to resolve the issue and personally delivered my bag to the airport. While I appreciate the help, this whole situation was not up to the standards I would expect from a four-star hotel. In conclusion, while the hotel itself is fantastic, the handling of my luggage issue was disappointing and reflects poorly on the level of service typically associated with a hotel of this caliber.

The property is gorgeous and the service is excellent. The room needed to be updated as there was mold in the shower and the furnishings were on the cheaper side. Also, our bathroom door was stuck and the coffee station was lacking. The bed was comfortable and the view was spectacular.

Pretty good hotel. We had a bit of an issue when we checked in however the staff worked to resolve it quickly and offered something for the inconvenience. The location is very central and in a good location, walking distance to all main attractions in South Beach and right on the beach. The pool and beach area are pretty nice.

In October 2023, I had the opportunity to stay at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel with my company, and it was an unforgettable experience! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide selection of fresh and flavorful options. Whether you wanted a hearty meal or something light and healthy, the choices were plentiful and beautifully presented. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Every detail was carefully considered, ensuring maximum comfort and a touch of luxury. The breathtaking views from the room added an extra special touch to the stay. The service was truly top-notch. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to every need. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Overall, my October 2023 visit to Loews Miami Beach Hotel with my company was fantastic. With its outstanding breakfast, luxurious rooms, and exceptional service, I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

My husband and I had a nice staycation weekend at Loews Miami Beach. Our room was large with a great view of the city. We took advantage of room service and walking on the Miami Beach boardwalk area behind the hotel with our Chihuahua. The hotel is nice inside & out with great location but rooms could use a little remodel to make more new & modern. I wish the room had mini fridge. The hotel has bars inside and at pool + food options. We don’t recommend the pizza 👎🏽 but the wings at bar downstairs were amazing! We didn’t try the Italian restaurant next door Rao but heard it was worth trying. The coffee stations in room are unacceptable and should just be removed all together. I suggest investing in coffee machines in the main lobby to offer to hotel guests. Overall our main con is too many staff involved in check in / out process from valet, concierge, & room service if you need luggage cart they must get it for you at check in and out. The process although meant to be helpful/efficient turns overwhelming and having to tip many staff members involved in helping you.
