Нужен был чат на сайт (у нас небольшое производство) и обратный звонок. По настройкам ничего сверхсложного не было, получилось разобраться без менеджера (хотя помочь предлагали). Все работает, проблем с сервисом нет.

Нет анти-бот системы. Спокойно можно заливать номера со слитых или спарсенных баз и выдавать за реальных клиентов. В минусе и магазины и люди, которых достают звонками. Очень некачественная работа формы обратно звонка. По персональным данным ответ принял, по закону нарушений нет

Собеседования года два назад. Вместо технического интервью некий Володя с Украины рассказывал какой он крутой и засовывает всех в Гугл. Как он настроит процессы в фирме. Матерился и рассказывал про проституток. Наслышан о текучке. Офис вроде приятный у них. Остальное под вопросом.
