Worst customer service ! I had ordered a lehenga dress a month ago. I refused to receive the product as I wanted to cancel its delivery before getting delivered due to personal reasons . It's been almost a month that I am waiting for the refund amount. Shame on their service. If we call their customer care number, nobody responses. Not even through email. I don't know what the CEO is doing having this kind of poor service in his/her company.

Either SIDHANT KESHWANI is aware and he is into scamming people, or his employees are scamming him and stealing merchandise and money from backdoor. I will be sharing a very detailed review on YouTube soon exposing them, with various examples. For now it seems like their partner or warehousing team is involved in stealing products just after their packaging . JUST SAVE YOURSELF FROM MENTAL TRAUMA AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Quite curious on how an NSE listed company is able to hide these discrepancies from their accounts. They will deliver incomplete order, and then support will just not help you. Call them and if you are lucky they will simply say you will get email, but that you will never get.

Very very unprofessional. We have been emailing them for the last 1 month regarding an order which they've sent wrongly the size. We requested a return refund. But it's not processed still. Only reply we get via email is will be processed in 72hrs, 48hrs, 24hrs and again back to 48hrs and so on. There's a mobile number which no one answers, don't know y they have given the number then. It is a prepaid order and I feel I just lost my money on it as no proper response on refund. Hope at least someone responds now by seeing this message

Pathetic customer service. It has been 10 days and my refund still not processed. Inspite of several calls and mails there only response is it is being processed. Even there customer care stop taking ur calls wn u call them from ur registered mobile no but pick up as soon as u call from another no. Beware of this site...u will get only mental trauma if u opt for refund or return.

This is a FRUAD company..you can pay and buy ..but if you return..THEY DO NOT REFUND BACK YOUR MONEY..I have been trying to get my refund for last one month...the phone no they have given is not working...Email is computer generated... PLS BEWARE IF THE CLOTH DOES NOT FIT..YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND... EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SETUP. .
