Lenskart

Bullshit place. I purchased the glasses and they delivered awful unaligned, lens popped glasses. Despite 4 visits to the store and raising requests 4 times, they took my glasses packed and returned the same glass back. There exists no understanding of scenarios and buggers here kept doing I don't know what. I am walking out with no resolution every time. Better to buy glasses from any roadside shop than banging head with lenskart

I visited the lenskart store at Phoenix market City, kurla. I met Mr.Farukh Shaikh. He was very helpful and polite. He understood what I required of him. I got an easy return of my order and got full amount refunded immediately. He was very quick and exceptionally best at his service. I would recommend everyone to visit the Lenskart store.

I got my spectacles repaired here and the technician Shan assisted and resolved my issue in 10mins. That is an excellent turnaround time for my repair work. The shop could handle a big crowd, which is why they could fix my spectacles in such a small time.

I have always had a great experience with lenskart .. the products are great .. the customer service is great too... I just need more variety with contact lenses and you all need to fix your app
