I initially fell into their trap in 2019. When I didn't receive my invested amount, I realized that investing in P2P platforms is risky. These platforms charge higher interest rates than personal loans, so it's puzzling why people would seek loans here unless they are loan defaulters or lack the income to repay a standard loan. Given how easy it is to obtain a personal loan these days, those turning to P2P platforms are often high-risk borrowers. At the time of my investment, I was assured that they would recover the money and even take legal action if necessary, but nothing was done. There has been no proper response from customer support, nodal officers, or the grievance team. I strongly advise against investing here.

I regret after creating my account with lendbox. I have added funds to my wallet and request withdrawal for same after few days. Lendbox showing the transaction but I haven't received this to my account.pathetic support . No one will pick your call,voice automates disconnect after some time. They do not answer to your mails. Not sure if I will get my hard earned money back.

Lend Box: A Nightmare of Customer Service I'm writing this review to warn others about my absolutely horrendous experience with Lend Box. Their customer support is nothing short of a joke. After providing countless sensitive documents, I've received absolutely no acknowledgment or update on my application. It's as if my information has vanished into thin air. I suspect they're simply using my data for their own gain, perhaps even selling it to third parties. This is a complete violation of trust and a blatant disregard for their customers. Avoid this company at all costs and report their unethical practices to the relevant authorities. Some unknown loans against my name are showing on their account which has affected my cibil score!

Half of the reviews here are fake. These people are scammers. Don't invest your hard earned money in it. They will withheld the Capital anytime. There is no scrutiny who they are lending the money. They are also doing syphoning of user funds. Beware ⚠️

Mobikwik Xtra and lendbox doing fraud together..many people stuck there hard earned money in this mobikwik Xtra scheme powered by lendbox..now lendbox invest there money without there permission and they can't even withdraw there principle amount..it's a big scam
