Lemon Tree Hotels

This hotel is close to airport, but far from city. Pros: Hotel room dimension is good in size, has king bed, sofa and center table and space for add on single bed ad-hoc. Bathroom is also good and well maintained Has a good restaurant with good food. They provide good toiletries as well Staffs are also good and professional. Has swimming pool on the first floor and gym Cons The hotel rooms are not adhered to Nonsmoking policy. We had a very unpleasant experience with cigarette smoking smell coming from neighbours. Air conditioning system is not well maintained. In our case the AC was not in a good condition the room given to us. Then after complaining they changed the room.

I was so disappointed with Lemon Tree.. even though it comes under the list of expensive hotels the maintenance is very poor... the toilet and washbasin had brown stains all over as if they weren't cleaned in months and there was a pungent smell entering the room .. I never expected this from lemon tree it was a big disaster...The rooms were average and small . AC was not cold we had to call the housekeeping so many times to get things done still felt the service should have been better for the charges made .... overall experience not worth it totally waste of money. I felt I was staying in 2 or 3 start hotel and I had to keep checking if that place was really Lemon tree utter disappointment from the condition of the rooms .

Ambiance: Quiet and clean rooms Room: Has a working desk and a rolling chair and a good wifi. Sleep quality is very good Washrooms were clean and tidy Breakfast: Good south indian spread and tasty food Overall Mostly self parking at a open place within the compound. Good place to stay near Kalapatty area

There is a large parking facility. There is lots of business room available and its for a corporate people who looks for a quiet hotel near Tech park and airport. Most of the corporate people visit here. Foods are also good. Quiet costly over weekends

I will definitely recommend the hotel, everything is great, I especially thank the staff one by one, each of them is respectful and smiling, the hotel owner should definitely give them a bonus, they are great people. The rooms are extremely clean, you can go with peace of mind.
