I have been with Lavu for almost 2 years. It is an amazing place to work. They have a very open culture, good pay structure. I am glad to be a part of this organization.

This is a product based company headquartered in Albuquerque, NM, US. They are the leading providers of Restaurant business Software and Hardware solutions in the US. Most of the team works out of Hyderabad location in Shaikpet, near Tolichowki. Run by Business School Alumni, they have online ordering business too called MenuDrive which is more like Zomato to us. They give competitive package in terms of Salary if you come with good experience and exposure to international calling. The HR team is very helpful in terms of interviews and the Management is more Employee centric, they keep a check on employees welfare and health. Once you join this company you'll forget that you are working here but enjoying more. You can have a well work-life balance and the work is distributed well among the employees with little or no pressure at all. They also give refresher training at intermittent intervals for the employee to achieve their goals and their upbringing in the company. They have a zero tolerance policy when comes to POSH and takes more care of the female employees than their families itself. Female employees are benefitted with Cab facilities, apart from that all other benefits are for both the sect of employees. With Good Salary Structure, they also have monthly rewards from 2k-5k, Quarterly Rewards from 2k to 10k, once in a year Appraisal, If promoted within an year, then promotion on Package as well. The General Manager looks like he is very rigid. Once you meet him, you'll find yourself in a family and he is the head of the family. He has many years of experience, let's say our age is his number of years of experience. He is best at streamlining the business, he is more like a leader and not bossing around. He is jovial and kind hearted (Sorry Sir, if you are reading this... This is coming straight from my heart) and like a little boy. Enjoys every moment, weekend, holiday of his life. He is more adventurous than anyone else in the family. He takes the team (out of his own budget) on tours, once in 6 months outing from the company's budget and he knows everyone in the team thanks to our Manager Bhai (kashmeer-k-damaad). Though there were ups and downs during the Corona time but no one lost their job, no late salaries, no cut in salaries, on the other hand we recruited people where there was just firing in other MNCs. People were in trouble and we helped them through CSR. Our GM is more philanthropic than the entire company. Am with Lavu for more than 2 years now. These are my personal experiences.
