My son has been waiting on his card since he took the course, been excuse after excuse! This company takes your money but doesn't issue the goods! I have phoned twice now, same old excuse, needs to be sent off, only this time apparently it was "stuck" and needed to be applied for again! Phone back in 10 days, I don't think so, you had his money now issue the card, I am contacting local MP regarding this time pot company! Press the button and issue the card that's been paid for, its not rocket science! I am now awaiting a call back off a manager, maybe they are stuck, stuck in the lies they tell people! Stay away from this company! Everything about them is poor and untrustworthy!

I completed the course and paid £395 for it only to find out afterwards that I can only use smartbreed data base and not petlog, I work for a rehoming charity and get called out to scan animals that have been found, lantra new this before I did the course I can not do this as I cannot find out any details from petlog and 99% of animals are registered with them. I've done a course that's no use to me know and spent a huge amount of money when I found out dog wardens do this course for £100 and you get registered with petlog.

Computer system not functioning correctly - exam questions that were not in the training and multiple choice answers of which several applied and you had to choose the most applicable - all to purchase some rodenticide - what a joke.

Fantastic courses, ignore the 1% of people giving bad reviews, people love to complain. Always great, definitely recommend everyone use them.
