The customer service was great. If you're not serious about buying, they don't pay much attention to you. Respectable. However, when I finally decided to buy a pair, they were very helpful and pulled out all of their polarized sunglasses that I requested, let me try them on, and let me know if their return policy. I'm writing this review because TWO YEARS LATER I emailed customer service because my frame broke, I had no record of receipt but I could give them a few pieces of information that allowed them to find my purchase and they shipped me a entirely new pair for FREE! Online customer service is also great, these are my absolute favorite pair of sunglasses that I have ever owned owned ! 10 stars for these glasses!

Glasses are great, but their customer service is absolute garbage, hence the 1-star. Had their customer service been at least a little bit helpful, I’d give more stars. They’re just absolutely horrible.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been a loyal Krewe customer for over 6 years and have bought over 10 pairs in that time. This past October, I bought an additional two pairs and they sent me the wrong glasses in the mail 1 month late. Then, they refused to send the correct glasses until I returned or paid for the wrong glasses they sent. 2 months after my original order, I finally got the glasses I ordered, thrown in a box not even wrapped or in a bag. They then told me I returned the wrong glasses and there’s an outstanding balance on my account. Returned the wrong glasses?? I returned the glasses that you sent me, which were wrong!!! This company used to be a small, local business dedicated to its customers. Now, it is terrible quality and service. A true shame.

I just purchased two items from you all - a pair of sunglass and a pair of eye glasses - for my husbands birthday. Spent around $1000. I came in this evening to pick up the eye glasses and was shocked when another customer, who your associates were familiar with, came in and asked, “Do I need to wear a mask?” They quickly said “no” and allowed her in alongside me, who is 5 months pregnant and wearing a mask, as you say is your policy. They were still putting the eyeglasses in the box as this was happening. As they continued to speak with her, they handed me the box without making eye contact or thanking me for the $700 eye glasses I had purchased. I was stunned by both actions. And terribly disappointed, as it will cause me to never purchase from here again.

Loved the staff and absolutely LOVE my new sunglasses but I’m a little bummed the sunglasses didn’t come with a cleaning rag for smudges. I feel like for the price I paid, it should have been included. Now I’m just using my ray ban lens rag for my krewe shades 🤷🏽‍♀️

We visited in January 2024. The food was amazing and was great value for money. The atmosphere and location were good. I would recommend getting the hot buttermilk tenders which were tasty. Great place to go for food and drinks with friends or family. Bill came to £63 for two adults, which included alcohol drinks.

Have been before but this time the food was terrible, mozzarella dippers were undercooked, bbq wings were awful, loaded fries were dripping in greasy

We were a big table of 8 but the service, food and speed of service could not have been better. It was quite pricey but most of our group are students so anything over £15 for a main is ‘high class’ to us. We were served by Bianca who was so kind and patient with us, I can’t wait to come back when we inevitably next visit Dublin!

Krewe on Capel Street misses the mark entirely. The “The S***” cocktail, ironically named, lived up to it—completely undrinkable, watered down, and tasted like it had been diluted straight from a tap. For a drink with such an audacious name, you’d at least expect some flavour. Instead, it’s as if they poured regret into a glass and charged us for the experience. Service didn’t improve things. After ordering, we waited around 10 minutes to be handed this sorry excuse for a cocktail. Worse, we were seated practically nose-to-wall, no more than half a foot away from a blank stare of plaster. In a city with endless quality spots, Krewe falls flat in every department. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
