It's been 2 week since we bought a HD TV...but the clarity n color are pathetic....no match to my ordinary TV...
And tried reaching customer care....who asked for a video of any running program....
Jus by the video they diagnosed that the TV was perfect.....but in reality it isn't...
I wish to reach the corporate office....if anyone can guide.....thanks...

Never buy their products!
