Knoxville news sentinel customer reviews

For truck driver deliveries, be aware that you will need to slide your tandems to the back. The shipping and receiving is at the far doors next to the garbage compactors. Very friendly and efficient staff who will also come out to your truck once you've got the green light and give you the paperwork. Delivery took about 30 minutes, so very good.

A huge THANK YOU to Gail!!! What a wonderful, kind, employee! She helped me immensely by giving me some old boxes (that copy paper comes in), and old newspaper destined for recycling. I used all of that for our move from Knoxville to Cincinnati. I love reusing items to lessen the burden on the environment.♻️💚💚Gail is such a sweetheart and a dedicated “gem” employee.🥰 They are extremely lucky to have her!!! THANK YOU, Gail!🤗

As long as you never need to call them you are good. But if you do, you are out of luck because they have a computer running interference that will never let you get to a human and keeps hanging up on you

Thought I'd write a review while I sit here waiting on their chat support to respond (it's been 15 minutes so far and it's only 8:30am). Issue #1: Just got a letter saying they are raising our subscription rate to $55/month for the paper (which we have gotten 7 days a week for years). We will be either cancelling entirely or going to Sundays only. Worst, ineffective and most unresponsive customer service I have encountered in recent memory. Issue #2: A couple of months ago, the options on my online account for a vacation hold or to report a missing paper have disappeared entirely. I sat on hold via phone for nearly 30 minutes to speak to someone about it who assured me this would be fixed and she would schedule my vacation hold over the phone. We were gone eight days and received our papers every day of the vacation. Issue #3: For at least two years, when I log into my online account to view my profile and customer service options, it lists my information along with some other random person's information who lives in Rockwood (I live in Knoxville). This person's subscription is listed on my personal account. What in the world? Super creepy. I've requested this be taken off three times and nothing has changed. Issue #4: An email I wrote about the vacation hold option having disappeared in December wasn't responded to at all. Issue #5: I have gone in twice in the past week to view my account and it says my password is no longer valid. I don't recall changing it but requested a new password and got a message I would receive an email with a password change prompt. Never got an email--either time. Still cannot access my account. And after all these poor experiences, I get a letter from Mr. Jason Guthrie (Senior Director Customer Service and Membership) saying they are raising our monthly rate. I'm not sure what kind of operation Jason is running over there but he's either not suited for his job or the whole customer service department needs a complete overhaul. Goodbye, News Sentinel. Update: chat support hasn't responded yet. It's been 35 minutes.
