I faced a problem with service provider and Klarna didn’t help me, the service provider has the power to cancel the order so can be also to take payment from you or charging more, Klarna should check who the service provider they dealing with to get a good feedback and make the customer satisfied! I would like to reply to Klarna’s comment below: Thank you for your response, but I think there’s been a misunderstanding. My primary concern isn’t about the authorization hold; rather, it’s about the unexpected cancellation of my order without my request or consent, which led to the hold being released. I was expecting to receive the product I ordered, not to have the transaction canceled entirely. This experience has been disappointing and confusing, and I’m seeking a clear explanation as to why my order was canceled without my input. Additionally, I’d like to understand how this can be prevented in the future, as it has caused considerable inconvenience.

Absolutely magnificent place to work -- there are almost 4000 employees, yet there's still a scrappy, startup feel to work everyday because of the unique work culture of performant, focused, cross functional teams consisting of 4-8 people. Plus, the level of attention to detail of the customer's needs are beyond impressive. Arguably the best place to work in Sweden and probably all of Europe.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I was forced to make a payment via Klarna, which turned out to be from a fraudulent trader. I am still awaiting a refund for goods I never received, whilst their system reports my payment was to another company for clothing. KLARNA is basically data mining on behalf of your bank but supporting scam traders too by not resolving payment issues. I will never trust any supplier that uses this system for payment of goods and services!

This is the last time I am buying from a website using Klarna; the only available payment option they offer currently is to link my bank account with Klarna! No swish, no card payment, no OCR... Is it even legal to force you to link your bank account to pay for an online purchase of SEK458?

Been a user for many many user I actually wanted to move all my funds there and then I can't get a bank card for absolutely no reason Even was soon interested in fliex fund did register and everything. But no card And most important don't write to there ai is soooo stupid and waste of time I'm sure that will be my last time.
