If I could rate them a zero, I would. I’ve been trying to reach them for the past week without any response. Their customer service is automated, making it impossible to speak with a representative. I’m extremely frustrated I just need the updated letter of confirmation or share certificate for recently transferred physical shares to dematerialize them, and it feels like this process will take forever. I don’t understand why they are the chosen RTA for SBI. Alankit was always customer-friendly and responsive to my queries. Updating it on 04 oct 2024 So it took me almost 3 months to finally get in touch with them. All who are facing the problem please call their customer care number and choose extension 5-9 later to speak to their executive for physical share. Also please remember that their customer care can be misleading. I had to visit their office just to figure out what's the last date for dematerialization of SBI physical share. On call, they said they don't have any info on this and when I visited them in person , the desk person told me its 30th sept 2024. Update as of 16/11/2024 I submitted all required documents on September 30, 2024, after multiple confirmations with customer care and an in-person visit to ensure I was following the correct process. Now, 1.5 months later, I'm told my shares are in escrow and require a different procedure—ironically, they again tell me to follow the exact same procedure I was originally instructed to follow for dematerializing from escrow. Despite several follow-ups and an escalation, there’s been no progress. It feels like their process is intentionally misleading to waste customers' time and ultimately keep their money. Worst experience I've had with any company. Update 21/11/24 As expected, these people rejected the documents stating some invalid reason which was not told by their team during documents submission. I am not sure if they are doing it on purpose. Is there a way we can raise a complaint against them? Update 12/12/2024 Now these people tell me that they have returned me the documents and when I asked them for the tracking number as I haven't recieved them. They provided me with an old speed post tracking id. I think either they lost my documents or they are purposely not sending me the documents to loot the money from innocent people like us. I shall wait for another week to get an update otherwise I will definitely raise a complaint against them to SEBI.

My parents have sent them physical documents such as ISR-1, ISR-2, SH-13 and IDs 4 times since Jan 2023 till now and they're still asking them to send those documents again. They raise frivolous issues. One folio has sole owner and they're asking details for joint owner. Such uneducated and totally clueless people work there. Moreover, their call center agent says a different thing and the email people say totally different. Very confusing and amounts to harassment. Thinking about sending them a legal notice.

Worst Service experience. I called them multiple time since last 1years they didn't response. Then i sent letter through courier for KYC but still they didn't did it. Then after 4 month i physically visited to office in Hyderabad and submitted the documents they said it will be done within 1month still it pending.

Their response to customer queries is pathetic. When you send an email, they promptly give a response but it is just nothing but simply throwing the ball back into your court without addressing your query/grievance. I don't know why corporates continue with their services. If there is a zero star rating, I would give that.

Bad experience. They waste lot of time and not at all customer friendly. Initially SBI registrar was alankit. They were lot better. I don't understand how they changed to worst company with minimum staffs and bad service. No way to contact other than sending mails with delayed reply
