One of the worst KFC i have visited, they dont have basic cleaning over there, flies all over the place all the muddy stains of sandals and shoes, cockroaches in every corner it was feeling macchi market more than a KFC, told them twice to change the AC [ I doubt it was even on ] the air curtain was giving more coolness than AC.

I had a very frustrating experience with the KFC store at East Point, Kurla. I placed an order for burgers and popcorn through the KFC app at 14:30, expecting a smooth delivery. However, I was left waiting for over an hour and a half, with no updates other than a notification on the app stating that the delivery partner was "on the way" from around 3:00 PM. After waiting until 3:45 PM with no sign of my food, I tried calling the KFC store multiple times—around 15-20 attempts—hoping to get some clarification, but no one answered the phone. Completely frustrated, I decided to visit the store in person. After a long wait, I was finally handed my order at 16:30. This entire experience was extremely disappointing in terms of both service and communication. The lack of response from the store, the delayed delivery, and the inability to reach anyone made the experience feel unprofessional. I hope KFC can address these issues, as this was far from the standard I expected.
