I worked recieveing/warehouse and when I first got there the environment was a tense atmosphere, no one would talk to me, my 2nd day of working I got blame for something I never did. (Which was a theme with the recieveing manger) if your ever replenishing the stocks prepare to have items missing because there is a tattle tale managers pet that will switch things around and un-recieve any item you put away and smile in your face (very manipulating) plus the supervisor lets it slide. The HR is so nasty and is very pretentious, she so company driven that she will not care about the employees but instead only care about her own image. No one I work with likes to talk to her because she doesn't have the attitude that we can come to her. She rolls her eyes alot and her tone when speaking with her is VERY hostile, rude and unprofessional. I've been there for 4 months thinking ok maybe things will get better but I don't think they are very good people. please do not be fooled by the high pay for part time it's not worth ther nasty atmosphere

If you like high pressure sales calls this is your place. Kevin Alford, the sales rep got angry because our order volume dropped. I can't help that other secondaries, especially Healthsource were beating their prices every single time. Today after telling him this, he said he was going to close the account and rudely hung up on me.

Never ordered from this company but they constantly attempt to make sales calls despite being asked to be removed off the phone list. Today, we received another unwanted sales call and informed the sales rep Sean that we don't have an account and have asked numerous times to be removed off the call list. Rudely, Sean's response was "why are you being so hostile?" As part of a buying group it is the general consensus amongst us business owners that the prices from Keysource is somewhat competitive, but not compelling enough to have an account. Furthermore, we Will NEVER order from this company due to the incessant annoying phone calls and the lack of professionalism and high pressure sales tactics from this company.

Keysource has great prices and we always get our orders the next day with no issues. Dustin Bradford is super nice and quick to respond to emails. 10/10 would recommend talking to Dustin to help your pharmacy!

Zack has always went above and beyond for me. He returns phones calls, always reaches out to me. I would say hands down I left a different drug company simply cause Zack’s performance to take care of our needs professionally and lowest prices he can get for us. Not sure I would have ever chose this company if it hadn’t been for Zack’s customer services skills. We appreciate him here at our pharmacy. Great salesman!!! No pushing no annoying phone calls on the first of the month he knows how to take care of his customers with great professionalism.
