No. 1 fraud company I have ever seen. Very unprofessional behaviour from the company. They will take your bond, not give you salary. And HR will fire you based on their mood. Take my advise don't join this company they will not give you experience certificate also. May govt. Ban this company ASAP.

I regret to share my thoroughly disappointing experience with Kellton Tech, a company that has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. My time with this organization has been nothing short of unpleasant, characterized by unprofessional behavior and a lack of transparency. First and foremost, the company held onto my Full and Final (FNF) settlement amount, causing unnecessary financial stress and uncertainty. This lack of promptness in settling dues reflects poorly on Kellton Tech's commitment to its employees' well-being, leaving a lasting negative impression. Equally distressing was the manner in which I was abruptly terminated without any prior notice. The absence of a fair warning or an explanation for the termination is indicative of the company's disregard for its employees. Such callous actions not only undermine the trust between employer and employee but also raise questions about the company's ethical practices. Furthermore, despite receiving positive feedback and achieving a good performance score, I was denied a well-deserved appraisal. This inconsistency in recognizing and rewarding employee efforts is deeply demotivating and reflects a lack of appreciation for the hard work put in by the workforce. In conclusion, my tenure at Kellton Tech has been marred by financial uncertainties, abrupt termination, and a failure to acknowledge and reward performance. I would strongly caution anyone considering employment with this company to carefully weigh the potential consequences and be wary of the apparent lack of concern for the well-being and satisfaction of its employees.

It is really awesome experience to work with Kellton-tech .Here every day you have opportunity to learn new things and latest technologies. Within few months i learned a lot here.
