An upcoming unicorn specialist in HRMS Software. Excellent UI and Mobile app providers a range of functionalities. Good support team as well.

Very poor services. poor functionality. poor on-boarding. Poor Support. poor management. poor escalations. untrained staff. The software is buggy. Even the basic functions don't work. if you ask them to correct, they will take weeks and no solutions. on boarding team is knowledge less. and not able to solve problems. Not recommended. this is not nearly comparable to the bigger software . if you want to compare, compare with Small local and low budget soft wares. and I am sure that low budgeted software vendors at least will cater you well and will try to provide you personalised solution. I would suggest pay a bit more if you can and purchase ease of management and peace of mind.
