I have had the pleasure of working here for the past 2.2 years, and during this time, I have enjoyed every moment. The support and camaraderie from everyone have been exceptional. I appreciate everything about this company, except for the “Sandwich Rule,” but aside from that, all aspects were favorable to the employees. Working here never felt like being an employee; it felt like being part of a family. Everyone is so cooperative, especially Karan Sir and Kushal Bhai, who are both gems.

Best things of company are .....there is no hidden policy....everything explain during interview process.....Good Enviroment for Work & Growth - Good Company.

Awesome Experience as employee lots of enjoyment and extracurricular activities apart from work.

Very-poor employee hiring system and wasting time for a fill-up useless things in the form. (Like all previous company very-deep detail with CEO, Manager name & mobile number, etc.) When everything is mention in the resume then why....? HR is trying to you demotivate just because you are not demanding more salary and finding faults. I'm strongly not recommended to any IT person & please don't apply here🙏🙏....

There are shops and then their are places you visit....shopping will just part of the part of memory....warmth, compassion, love, care and serenity is what you get when you come to Kaushalam.....Mrinalika and her team makes u feel at home and at peace.....rare in 20th century!!!!! With goodbye to a decade, m glad I visited with my family to make them experience the event......

Mrinalika's store Kaushalam is a riot of colours. Each and every corner of the store exudes warmth and comforts your soul as it tells a story of different art forms and its local artisans. It's a must visit store as there's something for everyone especially unique gift items. My personal favorite being painted glass goblets. Love everything about Kaushalam.

The Kaushalam store is located in the most posh locality of Jaipur in C- Scheme. The serene and positive vibes of the store can calm down any one with flow of colours and creativity all around. Each room of the store makes one enter a new world of art and colors one after the other. The store offers various traditional arts of India, and primarily of Jaipur on utility and usable items designed and painted by the Kaushalam team of artists; making each and every corner to pick and buy. As conveyed the Kaushalam will soon make its tea cafe functional in the front porch of store on a colorful 'Thela'. Sipping tea in the midst of colorful handpainted items may stand as one of the unforgettable experience of Jaipur.

I really love this little shop. They have three rooms of hand made things for sale and especially their little chai pots and cups. They are beautifully painted by underprivileged people and we all know how much we love supporting them right!! The things in Mrinalika's shop are so beautiful and she is generous to tell you about how they are made and has a TV with the painters in action. If you're a tourist like me you will want a tea set to take home to have as a memory. If you live here you will enjoy having something unique in your house.
