In collaboration with M&M , Kate has designed and created an awesome range of M&M handbags. I saw them at Maceys NY . Got some free M&M chocolate and a hot chocolate drink .

With the release of their new collection, I was keen to see it for myself in store. The service I received exceeded my expectations. When I went to try on a crossbody, the staff (a lovely and very attentive lady) offered the tote version for me to try, as well as other options from the same collection to see which one I preferred. After I chose the crossbody, she was kind enough to show me the ones they had in stock as I like to look for the "best" one. I bought the crossbody and left, confident with my purchase.

The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products and accessories.

Nice items and good service at the shop. However, quality of jewelry at least is really poor. Bought earrings as a special treat and they broke after 4 times wearing them. Waste of money.

I came to the shop to see the real colour of the bag before I buy it. I ended up found many items (hat, scarf, socks) I couldn't get from online as they were out of stock. They are not on the shelves. You just have to ask the staff if they have those items. Staff are very helpful.

I am heartily disappointed. My boyfriend bought me a Kate Spade cross body bag for my birthday in October 2022 (so just under two years). I rarely used it, because I loved it so much and wanted to look after it. Randomly, one evening, I noticed the “K” from Kate had fallen off the front. I reached out, explained that I wasn’t seeking a brand new bag, but either a repair, or a new letter K to be sent to me, and I was told that my bag was out of warranty, and there was nothing to be done. Not what I expect from a high end, expensive brand. On top of the broken item, the customer service team didn’t come back to me in weeks, despite me sending two WhatsApp messages to the account directed by their website. The CS team were frankly rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t suggest shopping with Kate Spade, I definitely won’t be again.

The service at this store is outstanding! Going to the flagship store was a highlight of my trip. It started with wanting to know the price of a keychain. While they looked it up, one of the staff ask if I would like to have “cat eyes” makeup applied. I said sure! It was so much fun getting to know the young man who did my makeup and another staff member brought me a glass of wine while I was having this done. I got the keychain and it was packaged so beautifully! I left there feeling like a queen.

Ok, ok, so I have to admit this was for the wife and daughter. Both are very practical and mostly budget minded, but they like Kate Spade. So, if you are a Kate Spade consumer, you must visit this, their flagship store! Four floors of Kate Spade. So much more than just purses, clutch and wallets. Clothes, shoes, accessories, jewelry even men stuff. And a comfy couch :). I was actually worried the staff my be snotty/uppity, but I was wrong. Very friendly, helpful and made you feel welcome and comfortable. Close to Central Park so you it can be worked into your schedule if visiting CP.

Purses, shoes, clothing, OH MY! This store just makes me happy. Decor is gorgeous. I just walked around and let it all sink in. It’s a big girl’s dream space. I could have curled up on a couch and never left. The ladies working that day were so helpful and nice.
