Great for when you need it but no type of hardship program due to job loss. They reported me to the credit bureau without even notifying me that I was late, even though I was making payment's mostly. When people are attempting to make payment's in good faith after an unexpected job loss give them a chance to get on track. These payment's were automatically deducted from my pay with my previous employer and this one late payment has really jacked my credit
