I usually don't write bad reviews until something overtly bad has happened. I understand reviews affect the perspective of a person who wants to book a stay with the hotel and give them business but this review was much needed. First of all, when we reached the hotel, it was around 1 pm, we wanted a Jacuzzi suite room which was getting ready, so after looking at the room and liking it, we agreed that the staff take their time to clean it and we would be back after checking out the biological park nearby. We returned at around 2:20 pm, room was ready, I made the payment and the reception staff was courteous. I talked to the manager there itself that we will be doing a late check out as my flight is at 5:30 pm. He agreed, we went to our rooms, room was great, well maintained, well litt, Jacuzzi was perfect. They serves us high tea (complimentary) at 5, all was ok. The nightmare started the next day when at 11:30, a rude guy from reception named mahender called and asked us when we would check out. My wife answered and said we would be checking out late as already informed to the check in manager, without confirming anything from the manager, he very rudely responded it is not done and you would have to check out by Max 12pm. Then I went to the reception, I enquired as to what the issue was, he was again rude and said he had received no communication regarding my late check out from the check in manager and wanted me to pay 1000 rs for the late check out , I gave him 1000 rs and told him that he needs to get better training and should learn how to speak to guests He was again very very rude, I had to get rude myself and spoil my experience to show him he was at fault. Then their lady manager intervened and tried to solve the issue, after enquiry from check in manager, they returned me the 1000 bucks and even offered Me a complimentary lunch which I refused. But all in all , this incident spoiled my whole trip. Thank you mahender for being rude and Ill trained. Thank you for ruining my experience of the hotel, I will never visit this hotel ever again. Neither will I ever visit any justa property. If they can employ such staff, then I am sure they don't really care about the guests or hospitality.

Absolutely outstanding! The service was impeccable, the staff went above and beyond, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and comfortable, and the dining experience was exceptional. Truly a 5-star experience that exceeded all expectations—can’t wait to return with my whole family!

Loved the warmth of the people and overall attention. The dining room managerwas excellent and staff were lovely. The chef is a great asset and charming. The food was good and varied putting a chilly symbol on heat strength for each dish would help for those who can’t cope with excessive heat in a dish. A separate bar area would be nice for pre drinks prior to eating.

All services were good although there is scope for improvement. But the Head chef Surya and Somnath are best in their work. There is live kitchen in dining area and there are good options in their buffet. Chef Somnath even cooked fasting food for me. We have to leave the hotel early in the morning around 6’o clock so They also packed breakfast for us. Well Appreciated.

Rooms looks like playschool..need to work on color combination. The best thing about it is food... restaurant staff is very friendly specially the chef (Mr Somnath) as he keeps on asking if anything is needed and goes extra mile to serve you with whatever is needed.
