Pathetic Customer Service! Called them as I wanted to open a individual account. As a NRI, I have a account with Chase in America. Person who answered the phone was shockingly unprofessional! She spoke as if interupted her sleep. Any NRIs looking to bank with Chase, India, you can forget it! They like Bank of America, India only service corporations.

My fund transfer from Dubai mashraq bank to J.P. Morgan chase bank honkong.. but my benificiary not yet that money . Now 30 day is over so ithink J.P. Morgan is not a good bank in world.

The usual top of the line offices and facilities. However you could easily miss their huge office building which is situated off CST road near Santa Cruz east towards BKC Mumbai. Also if you are coming from the Western express highway, you need to take a long u turn to reach the side road. Excellent facilities. Good staff.

This is a Hopeless Mutual. Even after One year of investment when NO Exit Load applies, they pay lesser amount than NAV on redemption. They call it Repurchase price I invested huge sum in JPMORGAN INDIA MID AND SMALL CAP FUND and after One year lost a huge sum on my prinicipal investment and they also deducted more money from redemption amount over and above NAV Stay away from JPMorgan Asset Management India if you value your hard earned money as these sharks will loot you in American Multinational Style

Easy to miss the building unless you are well versed with the area. Its in the Windsor Lane and one has a take a big U turn from Kapadia Nagar to enter this lane on the right if you are coming from Santacruz side.
