Recently during my interview with JLL I faced very bad experience after 3 rounds of interview they not released offer lette to me. and wasted my two months as I am waited for them & kept hope with them they will give offer letter. but after waisting 2 months Now they said they are not considering my application .Very bad recruitment policy

They were awarded by our builder the maintainance of our premises. The maintenance provided by JLL is substandard and very poor, lacking proper supervision and knowledge, and appears to be influenced by vendor bribes. Additionally, they have been known to speak harshly to residents. I have not seen JLL actively seeking feedback from residents on their maintenance practices; instead, their focus seems to be on imposing restrictions on the residents, which is concerning.

They have taken up the sales of the most worst construction company such as Anuradha Meadows pvt. Ltd. Which has no experience and no responsibility and won't fullfill the commitments. They will demand to pay all the amount before completion. After payment they won't even listen the customer 's issues, without completing they will handover and leave the project.

Discrimination by Mr.Rama Krishna security personnel incharge based on cast, ethical grounds and religious grounds and language grounds. Dear JLL unit team members, I have been visiting JLL Mall at Cyber Tower, near hi tech city, Hyderabad, Telangana. after two days of visit security personnel continously watching me for no reason when I was away approached my wife sitting alone in the seating chairs available for visitors in the food court and demanded the ID proofs show, after I came back , he approached me and telling me that he asked Id proof because we are visiting the mall two days, though knowing the fact that this mall is avaialble for anybody and everybody globally not just telugu or urd or hindi any person from any ethical ground can visit any number of times any number of days if the visit is in between 10:00am in the morning until 11:00Pm in the night, he also said that not just asking for id card he also hold the right to grab id card and also to take the matter to the next level, high threaten, instead of doing and following his responsibilities that guy has been knowing his powers and rights and misusing them. When my son was sleeping on the table he said my son is playing when you watch both days videos my son was sitting on the chair and did not even move, the only thing which was suppose to be claimed was that my family cannot sleep in the seating in the food court, that too after i was referred not to sleep we could have avoided taking rest there and sit and spend time as it is a public mall, but he straight away was threatining to grab the id card and also take the matter to the next level, looks like he was trying to create a scene out of it and report it to the police putting false obligations and police personnels here does not talk based on the fact instead will speak and question why to sit there why to visit there and questioning which is not suppose to be questined when I was there as a visitor. I was victimized and these kind of people has influenced and with this kind of acts my jobs are disconnected from organizations where i worked and now i am jobless for more than 3 years and property forcefully grabbed , spending days and nights on the street , visited the mall just to have a proper rest for sometime before the closure of the mall and then again spend the time on the street. when i asked samething if visitor is not allowed to visit the mall next day i was told visitor can visit any number of times nd id card shoulld be asked only if anything is stollen from the shop, and Mr.Rama Krishna has dong that with us, looks like it was planned and targetted, since beeing jobless authorites and anyone can have a reson and convince that because of jobless we might have stolen something so we were handed over to the poliec, where in the actual fact is that we are spending days and nights without sleep and with out food for many days, but never even think about stealing. this morning if you check the camera we also have purchased meal from Taco Bell restaurant at 2nd floor in JLL Mall. looks like it was intention to purposely trying to false obligate myfamily to claim we are theives , it happened to many people i know in the past. when i am approaching everyday for jobs but never steal of theif, even this morning applied for job in Reliance trends. seriously dangerous fellow Security personnel.

JLL Hyderabad has marketed the most worst builder's project named Anuradha Meadows pvt Ltd and its managing director Konijeti Venkateswara Gupta who has no skilled workers or experienced employees and didn't complete the project intime, not maintained proper quality. JLL Hyderabad staff will give commitments on behalf of the builder, but they will not look back whether they are completed or not. JLL Hyderabad staff have also changed rate per sft after initial payment and before the agreement. Hence not recommended JLL Hyderabad and Anuradha Meadows pvt Ltd.
