We had an incredible stay at this jungle resort located near the Navegaon buffer zone of Tadoba Jungle! The person at the reception’s information and help desk was swift to action on our queries, ensuring a stress-free start to our adventure. The resort is full of lush greenery, with beautiful plants surrounding the area, there also a small lake just opposite the gate of the resort. The highlight was the tall waterfall pool, which added a unique touch to the experience. The food was mouth-watering and the service was spot-on. The staff was always attentive. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-serviced retreat near Navegaon and Nimdhela, this resort is a must-visit!

The only thing good about the resort is its location. The resort lacked basic hygiene, as there was a noticeable stench in the room and the rugs were dirty. Additionally, there was no consistent availability of hot water, electricity, or Wi-Fi. After a jungle safari, you will be covered from head to toe in red sand and you won't even be able to shower because there is no water. The television's set-top boxes didn’t work because they hadn’t been topped up, adding to the frustration. We had to request a room change due to the poor conditions, and although the downgraded rooms were slightly better in terms of hygiene, it was still far from ideal. There was also a glaring lack of coordination between the Nagpur head office and the resort reception. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation did not include meals, despite having specifically chosen a meal-inclusive plan. We had to contact the Nagpur office to clarify this and have the issue resolved. A similar problem arose with our safari reservation, which we had paid for at the time of booking but wasn’t acknowledged by the reception. Again, we had to escalate this matter to the Nagpur office to get it sorted. Overall, the lack of hygiene, poor amenities, and mismanagement significantly marred our stay to the extent that we decided to cut it short by a day. I would not recommend Jharana Resort unless substantial improvements are made.

I had booked for three of us with breakfast via bookingDOTcom. Upon check-in they denied us the same. We had to pay upfront at last minute for third person more then 30% of initial booking. Moreover they were adamant to offer good plans even when we were ready to pay. Further, insisting on only cash was a pain. Pool was nearly usable.. 2-3ft only, what is the point here. Electricity keeps flapping. Hot water takes ages to come as like warm water. Reception desk misses out big time on hospitality. Suggestion is to look out for more options available around.

Excellent hospitality, neat clean rooms. Tge best part was the restaurant service, they prepared foods as requested and with a smile. Overall a great experience. Chef Sanjay took care of us very well. Yogesh kailash and Debesh super team

I had a fantastic stay at Jharna Resort in Tadoba. The location is perfect for those looking to explore the Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve. The resort itself is beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide range of delectable dishes. The safari tours were the highlight, providing an unforgettable wildlife experience.
