I had the most amazing spa experience here. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Grace and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in my life (I’ve had a lot!). She found and released knots that other therapists have not been able to. Her technique and pure strength were honestly amazing. She even used hot stones for part of it which I was not expecting as other spas charge extra for but they were included. The spa itself was lovely, relaxing music and pleasant smells.

A bit outdated, but good value for money. Very nice heated pool, big enough for swimming laps. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast service.

3 star hotel that deserves an even higher star rating. From booking online to check out, the service was impeccable. The staff were welcoming, the hotel super clean and breakfast sumptuous. They cater for everybody. The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The 2 days spent at the hotel were clearly not enough to enjoy all the facilities available on the premises. The location was prime, a stone through from Sarrit Mall. It very convenient for those on a business trip to pop in after business hours for some late shopping. The hotel was also surrounded by several eateries within walking distance. Overall, very good hotel.

Its a good place for conferences. Nice service from the support staff. I just did not like the fact that they had no private rooms for lactating moms or pumping moms.

The hotel is nice. A nice place to stay with good ambience. The restaurant staff and house keeping staff are very kind and friendly. The food is great. The breakfast is really great. The front desk reception staff are however unfriendly and passively hostile. Also, the bar fridge in the rooms should have some soft drinks compliments of the hotel. It is a four star hotel and other four star hotels do this for their guests.
