Terrible business practices. I received a bill a few days before the due date. iRhythm had not billed my insurance company. The phone tree is horrible and even when you leave a message, no one calls you back. I looked at the BBB online and apparently this is a common occurrence with this company. The medical device is fine. The business side is inexcusable. They have two phone numbers listed online. Both take you to the same call tree that eventually has you leave a message. I've tried for days to get this straightened out. Judging by the call tree, I'd say they don't have enough staff employed or hundreds of people are having the same issue. I called my cardiologist and his nurse to let them know. I would highly recommend not using this company! Ask your cardiologist to use a different one! There are several to choose from.

Just got an EOB saying I owe $995.00 ? What? The facility I went to was Mercy Health in my network, they ZIO was applied there with instructions of how to use, then I got an EOB for this. Outrageous. Was not informed and this is taking huge advantage of people, my insurance company tried to reach I Rythym and could not. There is no way an automated device as this should cost that much, a print out and a little time typing a paragraph of findings, PLEASE!

I should have called AETNA first. $995,.00 is too much. Co-pay is $350,.00. Had I known, I wouldn't use the garbage and send it back instead.

Honestly a pretty good product. Their original version ZioXT was rough and not applied properly so it fell off numerous times. The newer NextGen Zio is much smaller and sticks better. Yes, it does irritate the skin as other reviews mention, but that's to be expected if you stick anything to your chest for 2 weeks. It provides so much valuable info about arrhythmias and I use it to press a button to link to certain events and draw conclusions. I personally think the value is there; I think it's worth it. It is valuable for diagnosing heart rhythm problems but also assessing if there is a link between certain things I feel and what is going on in the actual rhythm.

Scam company with sleezy scammy tactics. My doctor told me he gets kick backs….. the company texts you automated one hour after prescribing, telling you to contact them about billing. Red flag. Then they tell you you can only make billing modifications while wearing it. 1000$ for a completely automated 5$ device for 7 days??? No wonder there stock isn’t doing so hot.
