A Few years back i finished everything invest Atlanta asked of me including being certified in taking a homeownership course, to be later told by lender Russell that he knew my income didn't qualify before my time with them begin. Lately no reply from Kirsten Ryan after many days over affordable housing inquiry.

I would like to start off saying how excited I was to work with Invest Atlanta and happy to be a recipient of the CreATL Grant. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and horrible customer service from Invest Atlanta. For CreATL Grant I was given a contact person named Greg Walker. After multiple emails and not receiving response from him. I was given the contact of Mia Jackson. The initial day I spoke with her in mid November she seemed very concerned and told me she would be sending my Grant Agreement for me to sign the next day. I was informed payments would be issued 7-10 days after completion of the agreement. Ms. Jackson even provided me with her cell phone number to contact her. Mia has never returned any of my calls or voicemails. Mia neither Greg have ever responded to any emails. I've sent 5 contact forms through the Invest Atlanta website and no one has returned my calls. I've called at least 30 times since the 1st week of December. I've left multiple voicemails on multiple representative phones. I've spoken to the general receptionist over 15 times. I've been transferred to multiple representatives voicemails. I've sent multiple emails. NO ONE has contacted me back! NO ONE has responded to my emails or calls! As I have stated before in all my previous contact forms, not only am I astonished at the unprofessionalism of this company, but I am also disappointed. Their is no excuse for the unprofessionalism and lack of communication. It's been almost a month and half. I've not received any communication, no grant, and feel like so much of my time was wasted dealing with this process.
