I had the privilege of working at this company for 1year and I can confidently say that the experience was overwhelmingly positive. One of the standout features of this company is its excellent management and strong leadership team. The management is truly supportive of employee growth and development. The team leaders are also exceptional—approachable, dedicated, and always ready to guide and mentor. Overall, I’d highly recommend this company to anyone who are freshers for workplace where leadership truly makes a difference

It's been 2 and half year with invensis. I am really very happy to share my experience with this company I would definitely recommend this company to others.Working with them has streamlined our processes and boosted productivity. Communication is always clear and transparent The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it is a delight to work with them. Also I have emotionally connected this is just a not company i felt as my place and I am really very grateful for all CEO, team members, managers, hr team. I was very much excited to work in the beginning but the management had ruined my mental peace within 6 months. The clients are very good ,The HR and the co-work mates are really very friendly. I was put into a process where I was all alone and since I was getting close with the mates from other process they tried restricting me from talking with them.Since I am from other city my office mates were the only friends I would hangout with and the assistant manager Priya had an issue with us hanging outside the office which was not even her concern as it is our personal life, she started targeting the entire group and started mocking us on the floor and at one point made me feel left out and cornered . If you want to show favourism please show it outside office as it would ruin other persons peace and would doubt other person why is she/he even working at that place .The assistant manager had also mocked about the god that we pray in our hometown telling bhootaradhane is not real ,please try to respect others belief as they have been following it since childhood.The only skill required to stay at this office is bucketing skill ,please don’t hide the genuine reviews about the company thats my request.Thank you
