Intricon

The recent leadership at Intricon really did a poor job transitioning from experienced staff to new. Poor performance now has lead to a regime change. Very, very poor leadership. Unethical behavior to boot. Their owners, Altaris Financial now own a distressed asset. This could take a long time to correct but hopefully, decent and ethical leadership can prevail in the long run.

It's a good place to work but I will not recommend anyone to work there, because some trainers don't know exactly what's a certified trainer. A certified trainer who doesn't know the job description , requirements ,and work instructions A trainer who's chosen his own way, rude ...... cheating ,for 15 minutes break ,they took 40 or 50 minutes. Taking so many breaks, loud since they do not have any supervisor during the second shift they do what they want. I don't know the other areas how they worked, but the area i were is horrible. They don't care about the job. They only care the paychecks. For an adviser, you better get a supervisor for the second shift and retrained the certified trainer. The rules are no phone at the work area but they always using them phone talking, watching movies or playing music or games.

Been with Intricon for 4 years now. I enjoy the work culture here, you're more than just another nameless employee. Overall, pretty friendly atmosphere and growth within the company is possible if you're willing to work towards it.

It’s an Ok place to work but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re applying to work on the production floor. Disclaimer!!! You won’t last three days without neck and shoulder pain cause of how you constantly make products without flexing. No IIR will be initiated just in case an injury occurs. Just find something else to do unless this is your very first Job in US
