Excellent service, quick check-in, easy parking with two chargers for Teslas, which was a nice surprise. Had lunch and two dinners in the restaurant Americano, which was always tasty, and the service was excellent. The conference room was very nice, and the AV team was attentive and ensured a smooth conference. Thanks for a great stay, even with the ice and snow!

This hotel is absolutely exceptional. After having a really poor experience at 2 neighboring hotels, I was able to check in to the Intercontinental with no problem. Kirsten was so cheerful and helpful! She made sure I was able to easily check in, made me aware of the hotel amenities, and provided such a welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly for me, the customer service was consistent and amazing throughout my stay. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Kevan Brown was the best front desk attendant ever. He was professional and kind and got us checked in quickly. The rest of the employees are amazing as well. The gym has new, clean equipment as well as free weights to use. The only issue we had was the parking garage elevator didn't want to work so we had to walk out of the garage and around to the front. Other than that it's a great place for a relaxing weekend getaway.

THIS IS WHY I STARTED WRITING REVIEWS!!i I travel a lot for work, and with my family, we travel for pleasure. Flew in tonight, arrived about 3ish ETC. For the first time in a while, it’s a combination of a work thing, but also my spouse and I enjoying the area. We arrived, made the call make sure the Kids are okay, and decided to eat a late lunch, than arrive at the hotel. We were helped checking in, he staff was welcoming and phenomenal! By the time we planned to start thinking about dinner we were exhausted, but the room is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and welcoming. As I type this we are ordering from door dash, and getting ready to sleep. I can not believe how wonderful this hotel is. It doesn’t break the bank, it’s quite affordable, but they seem to offer every accommodation! If you are in the area I highly recommend!

I had an amazing, relaxing stay for my birthday. They really made me feel special. The room was beautiful, the lounge was generally quiet and quaint. The service was outstanding. I couldn't ask for more.
