Intellect software solutions pvt customer reviews
I had an extremely negative experience working at Intellect software solutions . The management created a toxic work environment by constantly harassing employees both mentally and physically. The unrealistic deadlines they set made it impossible to achieve any work-life balance, and they paid their employees well below industry standards.
On top of that, the company expected their employees to work extra hours without any overtime pay. If that wasn't bad enough, they also had a 90 working day notice period that made it extremely difficult to leave the company without suffering financial loss.
To make matters worse, the company was brutal when it came to issuing experience letters, making it difficult for employees to secure future employment opportunities. Overall, I would not recommend working at Intellect software solutions due to their unethical practices and mistreatment of their employees.
