Pathetic and Highly demotivating organization (Innovation Team) You will be made to feel worthless, incapable and as a fresher you will be exploited( in terms of physical and mental health ) Pay- Never settle for variable pay from this organization. Manager bootliker are exceptionally payed and even manager will lure you into doing projects for the sake of salary hike and bonus. Mark the word how much hard you work they will never settle your bonus satisfactorily(avg around ~40%). Manager- He will go to any limit to get the work done. They don't feel ashamed in addressing the individual with personal comments in team meetings. They will backbite about yourself behind other's and try to show down others in front of you. They address the person as if one is living on their mercy and since they are paying you, they definitely has the Right to enter into your personal space and life. Worse task management. Some people in team are doing 1-2 hours of work and others are expected to work for 24hrs.Yes 24hrs, 8hs job is a myth. They will dig up into your routine and start asking what you were doing all the day. Weekend off is a joke and a gamble where manager always win. Manger will definitely make sure on friday that you are occupied on weekend, even though one has completed assigned task on time. They will calculate the man hours you will save by working on weekend, but wait they gift you a pucked up work-life balance. The manager entertains himself by asking you to call others even in the odd time of day(beyond working hours and sometime repeatedly). Then one has to report the conversation to manager and then he will write a very concerned mail trying to solve the problem. Even the person on the other hand will sympathies with your condition. Forget about the leaves you are entitled. You will be pushed to confess the details for taking leave (expect for sick leave) and then there will be a supreme judgement who will tell you that you are wasting leave and made to feel like you are betraying the company if you go to leave.

Awesome workplace. One of the best views you can enjoy while working. Thumbs up for the office infrastructure and top floor cafeteria serves decent food with a great view.
