I've received Network Care entrainments for over 10 years from 4 other practitioners before seeing Dr Jackie, and my entrainment with Dr Jackie was excellent. I felt the energy flow open back up in areas which had been blocked for a long time, which was much needed. I'm very much looking forward to my next session. These subtle, gentle adjustments are so powerful, and are such an amazing accelerator for both specific and general healing.

I came to Innate Chiropractic with severe sacral pain and could not walk for any distance without pain and having to sit until the pain subsided. After about 8 months of treatment, I’m now able to walk a 1.5 miles at one time. I’m working up to my goal of walking 3 miles at a time. I’ve also improved my forward head posture and my pelvis is more level. I’m enjoying the sessions and sometimes even fall asleep on the table. Dr. Jackie is kind and caring as is her staff. I highly recommend them!

I came to Dr. Jackie curious about Network Spinal, and also having my doubts. Several months later, here are some changes I've experienced: 1. Digestion. I can eat anything at anytime - no more gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance, or heartburn. 2. Sleep. I sleep fully and deeply through the night - no more waking up multiple times unable to fall back asleep. 3. Libido. Attuned, full body, relaxed - no more paused libido. 4. Energy. I have energy to do everything I would love to do in a day - no more needing to stop and ask myself whether I have the energy for tennis, pilates, or some other activity. 5. Breath. I woke up one morning breathing from deep down in my belly. I used to have to intentionally breath from my belly. Now, belly breathing feels more natural to me than diaphragmatic or upper body breathing. 6. Emotions. I just feel generally more even, balanced, calm, and relaxed. 7. Body. I feel like I "fit" in my body - no more feeling uncomfortable or awkward in my body. 8. Grief and Mom's passing. Five years after my mom passed away of pancreatic cancer, I started feeling her in my body. Her critical presence and hardships somehow felt very much a part of my life. Many of the pains and issues she had with her body when she was alive, I started noticing in my own body. Dr. Jackie/Network Spinal helped me shift out the grief, and the connection I was holding with my mom through the body pains.
