Dear Indusind Bank,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional and judgmental treatment I received from your Branch Manager at the Kurla West branch on 19th April 2024.I visited the branch with the intention of discussing the process of opening a current account. Unfortunately, from the moment I entered, the Branch Manager displayed an unpleasant demeanor and made me feel unwelcome. I strongly suspect that I was judged based on my attire, which is completely unacceptable.It is disappointing that a reputed bank like Indusind Bank would have employees who discriminate against potential customers. This experience has discouraged me from wanting to do business with your bank and I'm thinking to discontinue my saving account from your bank.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

My account without notification from bank or warning has been frozen by your bank due to which i am not able to make any transaction from yesterday visited vileparle west branch submitted my KYC again along with application and also sent an email for complaint mr shailesh took my request and sent to my home branch i got in touch with home branch sumitra mam but no resolution yet imagine if i have a medical need cash and you have left me to death of stopping to take my own money is this even legal in any country i am not well from yesterday and could not take medicine or consult a doctor as i dont have money withdraw, My home branch does not understand the depth of my issue here i need urgent money to treat myself and if anything happens to me due to this issue along with Trauma or harassment who will be responsible.
