This was the best bar I visited. The welcome and the whole ambience was incredibly friendly. We were told about the ingredients in our marvellous cocktails, ate superb food and a delicious dessert. Truly an evening to remember and a place you absolutely must visit when staying in Taiwan

Definitely an experience! Found this place by accident. Not a big cocktail drinker. Seems hard to believe that I will ever drink an ordinary cocktail again! Seriously. Their cocktail menu itself is a mystery unfolding into reality that is worth the visit. You’ll understand when you get here.

This bistro turns into a bar in the evening, and I have to say that I am sceptical about "50 best bars in Asia" and rankings like that, but Indulge clearly is that for me. And precisely because it is beyond hip, stylish and Insta-able - and the drinks, while fancy, are still honest. Meaning, they are designed to be great drinks! The idea is to have great drinks with good friends, not too much noise, no - frills, if you will. (A basically shot-based drink after the cocktails, litmus test for a good bar, was brilliant.) I am a bit surprised about some of the low-scoring and whiny reviews here, and yes there is a bit a hidden-gem effect (local friends took me there after a big dinner elsewhere), but with its consistent high ratings incl in Michelin, it is hard to see how the place can be missed. And if you are into serious (modern, not divy) bars, it is difficult to see how you could not love this place. I put this with the best bars in Mayfair and Manhattan, and I definitely look forward to being back.

The waitress asked for advice after eating. The main meal is the most important part. The beef balls got a strange wine taste and the noodles were very dry. She said to eat noodles right away when it’s hot would have prevented the problem. But I ate right after the meal came and it wasn’t hot. Strange wine taste, she said she would tell the chef. But afterward I think it’s not relevant to me. It should have been a discount on the day of consumption. Then few days later, I told from the FB fan page, he at the first moment didn’t reply and I said there will be negative review. He then wrote he had treated me a drink a shot based on politeness on that same day. He also said that he was raised by his parents and threatened to write a legal counsel to me. The problem is I was not invited any shot at all. I guess there are many people complaining about meal and then they treated shots that’s why he forget who I am? I have reported to Michelin asking them to delete from the recommended list.

This place has a wide variety of drinks and food, and all that we ordered based on the staff’s recommendation were excellent. The staff are friendly, well trained and able to provide good recommendations. We happened to visit on Halloween, and there were also games for us to participate in. Strongly recommended!
