I am deeply unsatisfied with the suit I received and with the whole experience. When I inquired about a suit with one of the sales agents, I informed them that the suit is for a tropical wedding and that I needed something breathable to keep me cool. The salesperson offered a linen suit as a solution omitting the fact that polyester linings were the only option. I asked for a slim fit suit, with a thin lapel. They never brought out the slim fit model template to try on. When I received the suit, the suit top was not at all fitted to me. When I brought it in for alterations, they first tried to make a new order, but seeing that the fabric was sold out, resigned to make alterations in-store. After a couple attempts the suit still sits bulky. They then brought out the slim fit model template, tried to convince me that it was the model upon which my suit was made despite the clear differences in fit. There are no alterations that could be done to make this suit fit. I also find the return policy deceitful as the first recourse offered by the sales agents were to simply order a brand new suit. It does not seem to matter to Indochino that a suit is tailor made to their customer if it's quickly disposable and replaceable.

Zero consistency. I've been buying suits from here for awhile now and every time I receive my suit the measurements are always way off. I always have to come in for a 2nd fitting. You would think that after the 2nd suit purchase, they would have my measurements correct by now. I brought up this issue during my appointment today and staff member that was assisting me was very nonchalant about the whole experience and couldn't really explain why this was happening to me. She seemed very rushed when taking new measurements for alterations. It doesn't give me confidence on the fitting after alterations are complete. It should be easy for an existing customer to just order a suit online and have it delivered to their door without having to constantly come in time and time again for more alterations and wait weeks for it to be completed. I simply don't have the time to do this whenever I order another suit. It has been extremely inconvenient. I would like to mention that the quality has been quite poor and the suits are starting to fall apart in such a short amount of time after purchase. I've brought a suit before already but this seems to be a recurring issue now. I usually always recommend this place to all my friends for both business and weddings however it is starting to get quite disappointing with recent experiences.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with Indochino. My husband went into get a custom tux well in advance to our wedding. We paid for the suit upfront. We made one change on the suit (the lining) about a week after the order. We waited months to hear anything and it was getting close to the wedding and we still had not heard that the suit had come in. We contacted them and they said there was no suit and that the order was cancelled due to nonpayment! Apparently, when we made one change to the suit they cancelled our first order WITHOUT refund, created a completely separate order and because we didn’t pay for the second order, they completely cancelled it. This left us in a terrible position, not having a tux for him to wear at our wedding! When I finally got a response from them after much effort, emotional turmoil and stress, a high up manager, apologized profusely, which I really appreciated. He said to make it up to us he would put a note on our file and that we could come in anytime and choose any suit. Although this didn’t fix the mess of trying to find a tux last-minute for our wedding and the stress and disappointment of having an ill fitting suit because of this, I did feel like the apology was genuine, and the credit softened the blow. A year later we went back to use this and they told us all they can do is 10% off a suit!!! Ya thanks. What a joke. Absolutely terrible and infuriating. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone ever and will be telling everyone about this horrible experience

My partner and I booked an appointment to start the process of finding a suit. When we arrived, it was like we didn’t even have an appointment, they didn’t ask who we were. When we told the clerk when our wedding was, she told us to come back closer. I asked if I could try some styles on, again she said no and to come back. To avoid wasting our trip from Squamish, we had to really push her to answers our questions, such as different types of styles etc. and get some sort of idea what the process is. They should really call clients before the appointment to consult to avoid time wasting. After leaving extremely disappointed, we went to Surmesur (without an appointment) who reignited our engagement excitement.

Today we went in for a final suit fitting with Zara at Homer St. The suit measurements and quality were perfect, no tailoring needed even though the point of today’s appointment was to setup any final alterations. Zara was on-point with her advice on colours for ties, type of shoes, everything. As my son was trying his suit on, she had everything ready before we asked. She had sample cuff links in-hand, vents opened, you name it. Zara really made the last appointment personal and tied together the whole indochino experience from design to delivery. Couldn’t be happier.
