Just received the suit today and the delivery was amazingly quick! The suit fit perfectly and was very well made and tailored. Jose from the Vancouver store was extremely helpful and provided a streamlined and yet informative measuring session. The process from choosing the fabric, styling options to measurement is very straightforward and hassle free. The price is also very reasonable. I look forward to purchasing another suit from Indochino.

Thanks to Ratika my experience with Indochino was amazing! She was very helpful during the shipment process. She answered all of my questions without hesitation she was very professional and she followed up If everything was okay with the shirt after shipment. My only complain is initial on the shirt and packaging could've been better. The initial looked really really ugly. It was nothing like the one at the store but Its not the sales person's fault Indochino should work on that and improve it! The shirt quality was good as displayed at the store.

Zero consistency. I've been buying suits from here for awhile now and every time I receive my suit the measurements are always way off. I always have to come in for a 2nd fitting. You would think that after the 2nd suit purchase, they would have my measurements correct by now. I brought up this issue during my appointment today and staff member that was assisting me was very nonchalant about the whole experience and couldn't really explain why this was happening to me. She seemed very rushed when taking new measurements for alterations. It doesn't give me confidence on the fitting after alterations are complete. It should be easy for an existing customer to just order a suit online and have it delivered to their door without having to constantly come in time and time again for more alterations and wait weeks for it to be completed. I simply don't have the time to do this whenever I order another suit. It has been extremely inconvenient. I would like to mention that the quality has been quite poor and the suits are starting to fall apart in such a short amount of time after purchase. I've brought a suit before already but this seems to be a recurring issue now. I usually always recommend this place to all my friends for both business and weddings however it is starting to get quite disappointing with recent experiences.

My partner and I booked an appointment to start the process of finding a suit. When we arrived, it was like we didn’t even have an appointment, they didn’t ask who we were. When we told the clerk when our wedding was, she told us to come back closer. I asked if I could try some styles on, again she said no and to come back. To avoid wasting our trip from Squamish, we had to really push her to answers our questions, such as different types of styles etc. and get some sort of idea what the process is. They should really call clients before the appointment to consult to avoid time wasting. After leaving extremely disappointed, we went to Surmesur (without an appointment) who reignited our engagement excitement.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this store has been nothing short of a nightmare. Four months ago, I was promised a cashback for a wrong sized bomber jacket they delivered. I gave back the bomber jacket and they told me that they will take care of the issue and here I am, still waiting for them to honor their word. Initially, they seemed professional and friendly, but the moment I started inquiring about the cashback, everything changed. I’ve been given the runaround for months. It’s incredibly disappointing because I trusted them to deliver on their promise, but clearly, they lack integrity and basic customer service. If they can’t follow through on something as simple as this, how can anyone trust them to deliver quality suits or stand behind their products? This is unacceptable behavior for any business, let alone one that claims to specialize in something as personal and high-end as suits. I’m now questioning the entire experience and regretting ever walking into their store. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else—somewhere that actually values its customers. This store clearly doesn’t.
