Impressions Online Boutique

I LOVE this boutique and have been buying from them a couple of years. Super friendly customer service! There are always unique pieces that get so many compliments. Half my closet is from Impressions!

Impressions is currently my favorite boutique for online ordering. They have a huge selection with reasonable prices. And they ship super fast. My only complaint is about their app - I can’t see any sizing info on most of the items - I have to go find the item on the website to get all the info. And I wish they would add an “All Tops” category like they have on the website.

I love Impressions!! All of their clothes and accessories are high quality and sizing is true/accurate. Shipping is also fast! I have never had to contact their customer service until my most recent order where I had some difficulty returning one item out of my order. I emailed customer service and within 1 hour I had a response that rectified the issue. Kacie was SO helpful, kind, and efficient. I also love that you can return their items for a refund as opposed to just a store credit like most other boutiques - makes me more willing to try more styles and find something new that I have never tried before!

This boutique is absolutely amazing! I finally found a dress for our upcoming family pictures and I have been looking everywhere for one. Impressions had a wonderful selection and they carry sizes XS - 3XL, including cute shoes and accessories! I ordered my dress and after ordering I wanted to upgrade my shipping to be able to arrive to me a little faster. I emailed the company and they responded so fast to my inquiry (thanks Dana!). They were able to help me upgrade my shipping and it was shipped out the same day and it arrived only 2 days later! I got the dress and I am so impressed - the quality, style and fit are exceptional! I cannot wait to order from them again - So glad I found them!

I'm obsessed with Impressions Boutique. They have high quality items at a reasonable price. Every time I order it gets shipped to me super fast! Everything is true to size unless it says oversized. I love everything I've ordered from Impressions. They also have amazing customer service. I had an issue and they resolved it immediately. Thank you Impressions. I tell all my friends a out you!
