Many years excellent service and very competitive price. Anyway, when I decided to cancel my subscription, started my troubles. If you sign with direct debit the system will renew your subscription without notice. Be very careful. So, after two months enquiries and promises finally I got my money back. One month earlier I was told that the money was sent to me. Obviously, this was fake. When I asked for official evidence of the refund they finally did it. Nightmare. Never again.

This is the best adventure theme park in all of London, with the 18 hole KMP groundworks constructed golf course at the back, this is truly a destination that can't be missed! The Michelin starred McDonald's in the basement is astonishing! The marina aside the golf course is designed to look like Monaco's Harbour and it doesn't fail! The world's largest ball pit on the middle floors took me hours to get out of! Please don't miss out and make your way down soon!!!

Bought a Gardeners World subscription for my partner and had the magazine delivered for some years. A couple of months ago I received a letter explaining that the cost of the subscription would be going up in price by 15%... as my partner had commented that the content wasn't what it used to be and full of awful adverts, she said it wasn't worth having any more. So, I phoned the cancellation line on the letter. The obnoxious woman that answered my call was uncaring and appeared not to be listening to me at all. She haggled with me regards a lower price several times and did not seem to care that I just wanted to cancel the subscription. Finally, and with quite a condescending attitude she agreed to cancel my subscription. ...or so I thought. A couple of weeks later I recieved another copy of the magazine and found my account had been debited the full inflated price of a 6 month subscription. Once again I called the cancellation line and spoke to Marco. He couldnt find any record of me cancelling but said he would refund me the full amount.. less the magazine I had received! (Marco basically said that I hadn't cancelled and so I would have to pay for the one magazine I'd received.... even though I'd cancelled it!!) I'm still trying to get the money back for the magazine I sent back to thier returns address... I doubt very much I will ever get my money back.......

DO NOT USE!!!! Absolute con artists. I purchased a subscription to a magazine for a gift and all was fine (correct payments taken out and magazines delivered), I then cancelled my direct debit and they went ahead and took payment again. When I enquired why they claim to have not had any communication from my bank. They offer me a partial refund and say it should be with me in 3-5 working days (this was on 23rd June). 2 weeks later, no refund! I phone back and they said it was an error from the previous person and it hadn’t been put through. They apologise and say it will be sorted in 3-5 working days. As of 20th July, still no refund. I phone AGAIN and am told “the system says the refund has been sent”. When I explain nothing has been paid and that I’m extremely frustrated, the person on the phone just kept repeating the same old lines “sorry you’re frustrated, but we have processed it and there’s nothing else we can do”. I contact my bank and they confirm no payments have been made or attempted. I’m still out of pockets! Disgraceful customer service and wouldn’t touch this company ever again.

Absolutely awful. I've constantly emailed with no reply and it's now been a week since I was told someone would call me back within 24-48 hours. They've never delivered my magazine but had the audacity to take MORE money from me and then refund it partially because someone totally unconnected with my account asked them to. Who is this person they've spoken to and why are they allowing a total stranger to make changes to my account? I'm worried about what personal information of mine they've given out and how they store it if random strangers can access my account details... Immediate Media, if you're bothering to read reviews (probably not because you can't even read your emails) I'll be taking this further and I still want my money back.
