Imaginovation

I've worked with Imaginovation for the past few months and it's been an easy process the entire time. From meeting with them for the first time to get an introduction to the company and to actually getting the development of my web-based program completed. They've maintained a constant line of communication with me throughout the process and are quite professional. They were able to get my vision to come to fruition in a timely manner. I'm continuing to work with them as I prepare to make tweaks to the prototype version of my web program before I launch a more final version. I look forward to working with them on Part 2. I've even recommended them to my colleagues. I trust them to get things done (and to get it done well). Highly recommend!

We have been working with Imaginovation for more than a year now, and couldn't be happier! They completed the first phase of our project on time and within budget, and their support was phenomenal. We are now working on phase two of our project and I'm already looking ahead to phase three with this team. They have created an app that is customized for our industry that is available on the Play Store and the Apple App Store. They have also created a user friendly website dashboard for our managers to use. I just can't say enough about this team, their communication during the project, and the timeliness of the project tasks!

After reviewing proposals from three different developers, we chose Imaginovation for several reasons. Their professional yet approachable demeanor, creative thinking regarding UI and UX, and their team's agility and ability to adapt quickly stood out to us. They have met and exceeded our expectations in coding and developing our software platform. We have been working with them for over a year now and see them as long term partners. Both to create products from scratch and supplement our in-house team where needed in our current and other projects.

Imaginovation took our app to the next level! As novices, like we were, they were essential from the beginning- saw our vision and executed beyond what we could've hoped, and brought in their own touches and ideas as well. Easy to work with, flexible and always responsive, we will happily be working with them on any and all upcoming projects- HIGHLY recommended.

So I THINK that Imaginovation is a hybrid mash-up of imagination and innovation.  Well, if so, that's exactly what we've gotten from this amazing team.  After working with several other companies and being underwhelmed by their service, we met with Pete, Michael, and Zach at their office back in 2019.  Immediately, we felt HEARD and finally at peace, knowing that we were in good hands.  Our initial meeting, that we expected to last about 30 minutes, lasted more than two hours.  Not only did they ask question after question to understand our business to its core, but they had suggestions as to how we could grow and improve our business.  Since that time, as issues arose, we would reach out to them and their response was immediate.  Often, our communications via Slack get replies from several team members.  I'll even voice concerns over the weekend, being sure to tell them that I don't want to disturb their weekend so please hold off until Monday.  They'll reply anyway, letting us know, "They're on it!"  Recently, we had to completely rewrite the antiquated code to optimize the performance of our website, ensuring that it remained reliable for our users.  And AGAIN, they went above and beyond.  Not only does the site now run faster, but they updated the look and user interface, usually without any added fees.  If you're looking for a company that operates out of love and genuine caring for their customers, you've found it!
