Good people be higher/lower management, Nice friendly staff, however its not all what's required of a company, some other aspects of the company could also be improved.

I think 1 star is also waste of reviewing. Worst Hr team they are very irresponsible. I completed 3 rounds and they said we will call you for manager round almost for 2 months I have waited but they didn't responded yet. I went to other organization they said the results on the day with the week I have joined their. I suggest you pls dnt attend the interview in IKS.

In Iks health it has high pressure .job is un secure.at any time they will send you out.so don't work in iks .better to see in any other companies. Their managers especially shows the too much partiality they don’t even support . Even HR Kamal is not a good person. He don’t even talk politely and not address our concerns. Work beyond the actual timings, and it is so horrible. Policies are not up to the mark, they put you down with the mental health. Go get a life outside. Not a right place to work. They even call you on weekends and they won’t pay. I had a very bad experienced.

Pathetic work culture. There are no positive aspects to be found. Zero respect. Down motivation. Poor support from the back end managers. Work beyond the actual timings, and it is so horrible. The worst experience of interview you can experience here. I waited here more than 3 hours for first round. You can see worst HR team aslo, I don't know wether they have HR team are not the employee doing interview 😕 and the selection process is they select only those recommended students and relatives of employees 👏 So don't go there if your direct walk in, college not tie-up or you don't have any employee as relatives.
