IIDL Suites

I had a wonderful stay here . Room was comfortable and well-maintained. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail—my cake delivery arrived right on time, making the evening even more special.

We attended a small private event here. The side, service and food were all good. Restrooms were also reasonably clean and in good condition. They have a wheel chair that a guest can borrow for on-site use. The car can come reasonably close to the ramp. Overall, pretty good arrangement.

Worst Experience. 1.This 5 star property looks like 2 star property. Rooms are not luxurious as shown in the picture. 2. when you enter the hotel, you will feel that the property is pretty much old and need renewal. 3.Empty shower gel and shampoo bottle in the bathroom. 4. You can't set room temperature on your own, air conditioner are set on automation. 5. Unprofessional behaviour as I recived phone call from reception asking for the check out time. My suggestion will be that there are more 5 star property near to this property like Crown plaza and Holiday inn, you can choose that instead of IIDL Suites.

Was a pleasant stay. Need little improvement to keep rooms maintained, got my room changed and the staff was really polite and helpful.

This was my second visit in 6 months to IIDL suites, Mayur vihar Delhi.The ambience and overall rooms are nice.. even the washrooms are very clean and up to date.. the quality of food is pathetic compared to the one I had last time. Nor the food was tasty nor fresh.
