One of the most using PMS software globally IDS. We have been using since 19 years it’s really love to used and support team are really good and quick response for any kind of problem . Recently visited from IDS technical team Mr Shubhendu Banerjee (Zonal Head) and Mr Supriyo Chakraborty (Team Leads) they were really excellent and sort-out the our minor issue and trained us how was easy IDS for everyone . Over the past decade, I have been a loyal user of IDS software and have witnessed its capabilities firsthand. However, in recent interactions with the support team, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. When seeking assistance, I have been met with responses indicating that certain tasks are not possible or are restricted. I know from my years of experience that some of these tasks can be accomplished, as I have seen others successfully complete them in the past. Regrettably, the current support experience has left much to be desired. In particular, there is one individual, Mr. Ishant, who consistently responds with a negative attitude, stating that nothing can be done. I have been an advocate of IDS software and have recommended it to numerous hotels in the past. However, I have been disheartened to see that the frustration caused by the support team has prompted some of these hotels to consider switching to alternative software solutions. I am also considering conveying these concerns to my management and exploring the possibility of transitioning to a different software provider. Another issue I've encountered is the extended resolution times for support requests. In many cases, it takes an unacceptably long period, often between 10 to 15 days, for issues to be resolved. This extended timeline has caused disruptions to our operations and affected our overall satisfaction with the software. I am deeply disappointed with the current state of the technical support provided by IDS software. I believe there is immense potential for improvement in this area. I urge the management of IDS to take this feedback seriously and consider implementing measures to enhance the quality of support services. I offer this feedback with the hope that it will lead to positive changes and ultimately benefit all users of IDS software. As a dedicated user, I believe in the software's potential and would like to see it continue to thrive.

Its a very outdated software for any kind of work, Software can use only for hotel reception work only. Useless for end-to-end solution if you want, Bigest issue is it's not user friendly at all. Its named ERP but it would better to maintain thing in excel then IDS Next software.
