ICICI Bank

One of the worst experience ever because of there current employee, The reason is I called for Deliver my Credit Card in this branch because of this branch is just of my step away, I got the msg for delivery and I ever get call from bank for same to pickup, however I went after week there then also one of the lady employee who was seated inside and told me it will take time to check, also there is no customer at all full bank was empty. Then i left the premises and told them to check and give me a call for pickup, This is happened 5days ago, till now I haven't received any call from them to pickup. Ufffff I was thinking ICICI Bank is best but now is best from below. Yaaakkkk

I am one of NRI customer for ICICI Bank Ltd. My account is locked due to KYC but branch manager Mr Mittal and his subordinate Ms Arti are helping a lot to resolve this quickly

Absolute crooks. Will make fake promises and will not fulfill them. Promised me 25,000 rupee incentive for international remittance and after transferring did not fulfill it. Stole my money. STAY AWAY

👎 Worst banking service. 1 star just to post a review. Non-cooperative & indisciplined staff, not at all interested to work. Loves to chit chat only. They are not at all aware about customer handling skills. No client support available, no action taken. Not at all secure. As you can have a look from other reviews the only common reply they have is to connect on Facebook or twitter, even no place to submit official complaint. Useless website. If you are looking for bank this is the WORST bank to subscribe for ANY banking services. Don’t be fooled by their attitude while opening account with them, that is only till you subscribe to any of their services, they don’t keep up after that very moment.
