Let me save you the trouble: DO NOT stay at this hotel. We traveled to Montreal for a week-long vacation and were utterly horrified by what we encountered. From the moment we entered our room, it was clear this place was a complete disaster. The air was thick and musty, the sheets were stained with blood and mold, and there were clear signs of bed bugs. We both started feeling itchy within minutes and knew there was no way we could spend a single night here. We left after just 20 minutes, but the ordeal didn’t end there. Despite the horrifying conditions, the staff flat-out refused to refund the $350 we paid. We called multiple times, only to have them hang up as soon as they recognized who we were. They are unhelpful, rude, and condescending. At this point, they’re outright stealing money from guests. As for the employees? They’re a joke. The guy at the front desk couldn’t even bother to look up from his YouTube videos to acknowledge us. The so-called cleaner was sitting on a guest bed, scrolling through her phone like she was on break. And let’s not forget the group of people openly smoking weed in the kitchen and lobby area. How is this place even legally operating? It’s filthy, mismanaged, and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here. This place is a disgrace.

Horrible! If you’re desperate for a room, sure book it ! After travelling for 7 hours from Toronto, it took them 2 hours to find my booking in their system! The kitchen was unavailable and they didn’t mention that at all ! LOTS of hair were on the bed sheets! It was -27 degree outside and in the middle of the night the heater and electricity stopped in the room No towel was available, the boiling water machine was not working… The staff were giving side eye and attitude and speaking Arabic between them when you asked a question. The pictures look good, but everything is super cheap and disorganized! Good luck !

If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel is one of the dirtiest, most unprofessional places I’ve ever stayed. I paid $304 for a room I stayed in for less than 20 minutes and only got $193 refunded. They kept $111 of my money with no explanation. Here’s what happened. The second I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong musty, moldy smell. I sat on the bed and immediately noticed bloodstains on the pillows and sheets. Not small dots — I’m talking big, visible stains. I asked for fresh pillowcases, and they brought me ‘clean’ ones that also had bloodstains. When I pointed it out, they told me, “Those stains don’t wash out.” If stains don’t wash out, why are you still putting them on guest beds? It only got worse. After about 10 minutes, my fiancée started feeling itchy. We pulled back the sheets and saw small black dots on the mattress — the telltale signs of bedbugs. At that point, we knew we had to leave. But before we did, we took a closer look around the room. • Stained floors • Ants crawling out of the baseboards • A clogged air vent covered in dust, so bad we both started having asthma symptoms And if you thought that was bad, the kitchen was worse. Dirty dishes were piled up everywhere, food scraps were sitting out, and there wasn’t a single clean surface in sight. It looked like a kitchen that hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. So, I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. Their response? “Take us to court.” I couldn’t believe it. I stayed for less than 20 minutes, found bloodstains, bedbugs, ants, and filth, and instead of helping me, they told me to “take us to court.” Who runs a business like that? After I left, I tried to call them. Every time I called from my phone, they’d hang up immediately. But if I called from another phone, they’d answer — until they realized it was me, and then they’d hang up again. That tells you everything you need to know about how they treat their guests. Since then, I’ve filed complaints with OPC, the BBB, and my bank. But I’m also writing this review to warn other travelers. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and professional place to stay, this is NOT it. The rooms are unsanitary, the customer service is disrespectful, and you’ll be chasing your money long after you leave.

No heat, mean management, I wanted to leave the night I first experienced horrible moments in this hotel, never book a hotel for low price, the paintings are crazy scary, the showers cold and hanging by tape nor even ducted, creepy people hanging in the hallway trying to connect our smart TV with his phone cause he is literally the only one hanging around all day long sitting on the chair when when he should be in the lobby guarding AND they have paper thin walls. This place is horrifying! We should get this hell hotel demolished! But first make sure everyone is OUT of the hotel And they say they have a kitchen with breakfast but it looks like a trashed out place and no laundry available for people staying at the hotel.

The room was fine. However, after multiple attempts to receive an invoice, I still have no answer. No one ever picks up the phone, etc. No answear to my emails. Even over Booking no responese. I need an invoice to get the money back from my company. This hotel is letting me down.
