House Of Diagnostics

I had been going to this place frequently for my diagnostic tests. But in last 2 days i had the worst experience at this place where the tread mill test is taken. The person taking the test was most impolite, unprofessional and arrogant. Yesterday when my wife had gone for the test, he checked the BP and told it was 180/200, when she told she never had this reading ever, he told to come the next day that is today after taking a BP controlling tablet. Immediately after coming from center my wife got BP checked twice and it was 130/80. Today i went with her at 11 am and told them the reading and informed there machine was giving wrong reading. I asked the lady over there to check my bp but she didn’t know how to check. When the dictor came he again checked my wife’s BP and again machine was showing same reading. My daughter asked them to get a different machine for which he refused. When the lady told that some relative of my wife (myself) was saying there was problem with the reading he told call that techincal knowledgeable person, use mai batata hu. Any how we asked him to go for the test, and after same the report was normal. After the test he told his junior inko yaha se hatao aur doosre ko bulao. I this a courteous way to address a lady or say anyone. He is himself technically incompetent, arrogant and impolite. I would never refer the diagnostic center like yours to anyone after this experience. I thought it’s a reputed institution but with such a staff you are spoiling your name. I held HOD in good esteem but this type of Worst experience spoils the name very fast. Please take a corrective action

All good, sample collection person reached on time as per schedule time booked. Hard copy of report has been by Mr. Ashwani Chauhan, he is very cooperative.

I trust hod for most of the tests, but the level 2 Ultrasound was done in alot hurry. Stating that the anomalies in relation to fetal heart and limbs are extremely difficult due to constantly changing position of the fetus and overlapping of its various parts was extremely disappointing as the doctor could wait for the right position to take the reading... Average time for level 2 in 30-45 mins whereas my ultrasound was done simply in not more than 10 mins... Also they made us wait for almost 1.5-2 hours... :(

Excellent service. Especially Haman and Sandeep at the reception counter. They were very courteous and professional. If you think about diagnostic centre, then HOD is the name. Balaji Aiyer
