Lee Ann was absolutely amazing!! She took one of the most stressful days I had been having, and completely helped me change it around. My parents are visiting a very small town in SC, and my dad is a double-amputee in a wheelchair. They needed a hotel for the week, but as I called around everyone gave me the same answer - they only had one handicap accessible room, and it was either already occupied or a smoking room. I was devastated. I had spent almost two hours on the phone calling around with no luck, and they were already almost there. Then, I called one last reservation line, and God placed this angel on the phone. She was so helpful with everything. She looked into so many places, and tried her best to find something that worked. It took an hour, but she was actually able to find exactly what we needed, in our price point, and she ensured it was handicap accessible. I booked it right away, said my many thanks, and then laid on the floor to recuperate. Without Lee Ann my parents would have been forced into dire straits. I have to give her her flowers, because she worked triple time for me and my family, and in this day and age it's so rare. She is really a jewel, a diamond in the rough, and she deserves all accolades for her patience and kindness. I simply can't say enough about how she helped me. I'm forever grateful.

I am traveling across country and have stayed in several 2 and 2.5 motel rooms during the past two weeks. The rooms were clean and well-maintained….they certainly deserved much better ratings. The young man I spoke with on the telephone, Joao, was very polite, personable and professional. The lady at the front desk was also very personable and professional. I elected to book a room for two nights, through Priceline, as I was able to purchase 2 nights for only $130.42. I chose One Life because it was a Christian facility….my mistake. The parking lot was very dirty and had homeless or people of very meager means. The outside smells dirty and reeks of stale cigarettes/smoke, the garbage cans are full/overflowing and the ground was littered with cigarettes& paper. There is no continental breakfast and no coffee maker in the room. I had a great deal of difficulty getting the card to open my door. The doors and door-frames were very poorly painted and chipped or marred. Part of my room was laminated but the bathroom and the other half of my room has a disgusting, cheap looking linoleum material. The refrigerator appears to be new and works well but is larger than necessary and is not cleaned/washed on the outside. The liner around the bath looks cheap and is not attractive. The bathroom counter is paint stained and does not feel clean. The chairs at the dinette are obviously new, as the plastic is still on the legs but they feel cheap and unattractive. I am very disappointed in the lack of quality and cleanliness of my room, inside and out. I very much regret having reserved for two nights. I have taken several pictures and will attempt to include them with this text.

Thank you for being so understanding. My sister passed away n we r coming from Dallas for the funeral. There was a mix up on my end n the reservation should not have been canceled. I need to redo the reservation but in order to do so I need the refund. Everyone has been very professional and kind.

You scammed me I didn’t know you were a third party registry so I had to pay 77 dollars more for my stay . And you wouldn’t fix the overcharged fees. You should let people know that you have many fees and overcharges you made me pay. I will never use you again . You should let the consumer know you will be paying 77 dollars more than if I just went to the hotel and got a room. You are the most horrible people on the planet. Thanks
