This could be more enjoyable when the proper wifi signals should reach each room with proper running speed. As I remember, I went and stayed in the same room with the same problem last to last year. And I guess this is a basic necessity in today's era. This will make your reviews best in future. Kindly fix this so that I can be your valuable guest in future as well.

Very bad experience, pathetic staff and harsh with customer,even ms Arti who gave us package in 14000/- we paid to stay ,eat and sitting in car only , aWe were asking for points she is busy in her own trip.Dont have time to talk customer Poor and non co operative staff

Service excellent. View extraordinary. River mountains and snow, all in one frame. Infrastructure average. No ramp and support bar at the entrance, no lift, bathrooms are very old, no shower and no drain entry at shower area. Room service excellent. Food was very hygienic and tasty. Note: they don't include room heaters in the rent in d months of January to August.

This hotel is horrible, specially manager, no staff, no water in bathrooms many times, no other amenities as mentioned at the time of booking. I booked this on reviews but I am sured these reviews might be bought. sawdhan rahe iss hotel se. Sunil Garg

Hospitality provided by them was very good. The rooms were very good and clean, just like you would expect in any other 5 star hotel. Food was good, much more then we had expected. The staff was very welcoming and courteous, at the same time very friendly and had absolutely no issues in accommodating our request of serving the buffet in our room which no other hotel usually does. Special thanks to the entire Restaurant and Front Desk team for making our stay a wonderful one. Will surely recommend this hotel to others and looking forward for more stays at the same hotel whenever we happen to travel Manali.
