Hotel Placid Allahabad

A very comfortable property tucked in the heart of the city. The staff is amazing and listens to your small and big needs patiently. We booked 16+ rooms and a hall from thousands of miles away and were easily able to work out the logistics with the hotel staff. They went out of their way to provide exceptional service to all our guests. The event halls were very spacious too and food was exceptional. It’s been an absolute pleasure to see such an amazing hotel in a beautiful city like Prayagraj!

We stayed here a couple of days during Navaratri. Very pleasant experience... Courteous staff, clean rooms, good food and great location - all make this place a winner!

I would like to give this hotel 1 star due to its room prices. Hotels in other cities offering similar rooms typically charge between ₹1500 to ₹2500. These people are tarnishing the reputation of Prayagraj, and now even people from other cities are saying that hotels in Prayagraj are overcharging.

Cleanliness is godliness, this hotel is extremely filter, the air in the rooms are suffocating you. There is no ventilation. The owner needs to hire cleaners crew to do general cleaning with bleach and disinfector on a regular basic.
