Hotel Placid Allahabad

A nice hotel,with all amenities. But small small issues like leaking flush, unpolished shower head, shower not working, seepage in walls, rusted floor standing lamp etc over shadow their goodness. I understand that little spaced lifts still exist only after getting into their elevator..haha....wonder how they manage with such a small elevator for this hotel. Please correct it and you will get a 5 star rating.

This hotel is situated in the city and sightseeings are close by. The room sizes are good. Only 1 small lift. The hot water is a big issue. You have to wait 15 to 20 minutes before any warm water will come. We asked twice to come and check and were told to simply wait. Wi-Fi is very poor. There are 2 routers on our floor, but, wifi comes and goes. Again, i have to say to Veena's hospitality team to select much better hotels that are available.

Hotel room are very clean with comfortable bed mattress and pillow with good amenities. And have excellent service.

A very comfortable property tucked in the heart of the city. The staff is amazing and listens to your small and big needs patiently. We booked 16+ rooms and a hall from thousands of miles away and were easily able to work out the logistics with the hotel staff. They went out of their way to provide exceptional service to all our guests. The event halls were very spacious too and food was exceptional. It’s been an absolute pleasure to see such an amazing hotel in a beautiful city like Prayagraj!

Cleanliness is godliness, this hotel is extremely filter, the air in the rooms are suffocating you. There is no ventilation. The owner needs to hire cleaners crew to do general cleaning with bleach and disinfector on a regular basic.
